I’m a social worker passionate about creating meaningful change—especially for older Australians and vulnerable communities. I currently work in the Transitional Care Program, supporting older adults as they move from hospital back into the community. It’s a space where compassionate support and practical planning make a real difference—and it’s where I’ve seen just how powerful the right guidance can be.
Originally from Malaysia, I moved to Perth in 2012 to pursue my studies. I completed my Bachelor of Social Work at Curtin University, and since then, Perth has become home—a place where I’ve grown both personally and professionally.
My journey into social work was driven by a deep desire to help people through life’s most challenging transitions, and that commitment continues to guide everything I do.
